Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us within thirty (30) days of receipt, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

    1. The Item shall be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with item tags attached, and the Item shall be in the original sale condition. This policy applies only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable items provided on our Platform.

       

       

    2. You shall ensure that the Item(s) is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the item back to you.

       

       

    3. Where possible all refunds will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise, an alternative refund tender will be offered.

       

       

    4. We have a ‘No Exchange or Reservation’ policy. If you would like to exchange any item, please make a return and place a new order or purchase.

       

       

    5. You may be asked to provide personal details for your returns & refund. These details will be used to process the refund.

Non-refundable items

    1. Items marked ‘Sale Item’ have been heavily discounted and are not eligible for returns & refunds, other than in exceptional circumstances

    2. For hygienic purposes, the following products are non-returnable:
         – Socks
         -Bandana
         -Cap 
         -Beanie
